Our Team

Dr. Kevin Schwandt graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2016 after studying biology, chemistry and religion at Concordia College in his hometown of Moorhead, MN. Upon entering general dentistry, Dr. Schwandt served as the only dentist at a small family practice in rural Wisconsin before moving out to Colorado.

After setting up home in Denver, Dr. Schwandt completed several courses in implant dentistry including a surgical training course with the Star Dental Institute in Colorado Springs. Replacing failing or missing teeth using implants has quickly become his most passionate area of expertise. Dr. Schwandt aspires to provide a complex and wide variety of general dentistry services in hopes of providing satisfying care, transformational results and a more enjoyable experience for his patients.

Growing up in a family of skiers, living amongst the Rocky Mountains has always been a childhood dream of Kevin’s. In addition to skiing, he loves hiking, trail running, camping, biking and enjoying time in parks. Kevin also enjoys live music, cooking, reading and traveling.

After growing up in Winona, Minnesota, Dr. Creigh Crandall completed his undergraduate studies at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude & valedictorian of the Biochemistry class. Dr. Crandall then returned to Minnesota to complete his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. In 2017, he began his 5-year stint as an Air Force dentist, and served as Chief Resident during the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency at Langley Air Force Base.

Dr. Crandall has completed over 600 hours of continuing education, and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). He has volunteered his dental abilities abroad – Guatemala, South Korea, Japan – and domestically in Minnesota and Savannah, GA. 

In his personal life, Dr. Crandall spends his free time hiking, cooking, and staying active with my family. Dr. Crandall began a new adventure in 2023 when he had his first child, a son. Prior to parenthood, he and his wife, Lia, spent a significant amount of time traveling, skiing, and scuba diving. 

Denine Langdale is a registered Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist at Reclaim Dentistry. From a young age, she has been interested in health and nutrition, and has spent the last 15 years pursuing that interest through dental hygiene, educating patients on the importance of oral and systemic health. In 2022, she was introduced to Dr. Kevin Schwandt. They realized their shared passion for learning, holistic healthcare, and airway dentistry. Denine recently completed training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy and as a Buteyko Breathing Practitioner.

She is passionate about helping others achieve better breathing and overall health. She believes that Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy is truly a dynamic and exciting profession that is critical in treating improper tongue resting position, muscular imbalances in the face and neck, TMD pain, and sleep & breathing disorders.

Marie Romero is a Colorado native and EDDA-trained Lead Dental Assistant with over twenty-two years of dedicated practice in the dental industry. She obtained her certification from Pima Medical Institute Denver in 2002 and has gained extensive experience in a variety of disciplines with a particular focus in general and cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Marie has been an integral part of Reclaim Integrative Dentistry & Implant Center since its inception, providing unwavering support to Dr. Kevin Schwandt and his esteemed team. She continues to expand her abilities and contributions, recently trained in phlebotomy and IV insertion, in hopes of helping Reclaim offer better holistic and biological care to our surgical patients.

Marie is the proud mother of three sons and a devoted grandmother to her granddaughter. Beyond her thriving dental career, Marie indulges her passions for motorcycling through the Rocky Mountains, participating in a competitive bowling league, and honing her skills in billiards during her leisure time.

Marz Armenta is our dedicated Dental Assistant who brings over two years of invaluable experience in dentistry to our team. Marz, an EDAA-trained professional, enthusiastically joined us in February of 2024, enriching our practice with his holistic approach to dental care. Marz’s personal healthcare journey with holistic medicine began when he was diagnosed with celiac disease, prompting him to explore alternative healing methods, particularly in nutrition. This also encouraged him to pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Health at Metropolitan State University of Denver and a minor in Men’s Health and Wellness Coaching. Marz has now been in the healthcare field for 8 years, served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for three years before exploring dentistry. He also holds First Responder, CPR, and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certifications, reflecting his dedication to providing top-notch patient care.

When not assisting Dr. Schwandt chairside, Marz can be found indulging in his passions, whether it’s skateboarding, snowboarding, or simply unwinding with his two feline companions. We are thrilled to have Marz on our team, bringing a wealth of leadership experience and a commitment to holistic patient care.

Having earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture and design with plans to go into design thinking facilitation consulting, Mary Beth has taken an unconventional path into dentistry. Taking a position in a prominent airway-focused orthodontic office in Arkansas as Special Projects Manager and lab technician, she gained extensive operational and clinical knowledge while working under some of the leading practitioners and educators for airway treatment protocols. The advanced, life-changing treatment results she witnessed as part of that team inspired a career shift that ultimately led her to make the move to Colorado and help Dr. Kevin bring more of these treatments to the community of Denver. As Director of Integrative Care at Reclaim, Mary Beth oversees patient care and experience, focusing on the intake, planning, and execution of airway cases and integrative services, including coordinating interdisciplinary care teams and building and maintaining relationships within our provider network.

In her personal time, Mary Beth enjoys spending time with friends at the climbing gym, out in nature, and throughout the city, savoring all her new home state has to offer.

After graduating from Kent State University in Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Conflict Management, Haleigh Shammo embarked on a career primarily focused on healthcare before discovering her passion for holistic dentistry. Joining our team in December 2023, she brings over five years of experience in patient support and scheduling. With a background of over three years as a Patient Access Representative specializing in working with children with disabilities, Haleigh has developed the skills necessary to assist patients of all ages and abilities, making her a valuable asset to our practice.

Having relocated to Colorado in 2021 with her spouse and furry companion, Haleigh enjoys exploring the great outdoors through hiking and paddleboarding. When she’s not adventuring, you can find her immersed in a good book or planning her next travel escapade.

Chrissy Schaff joined the Reclaim team in early 2024. She is an accomplished dental billing specialist with a career spanning over a decade. Chrissy’s proficiency in handling high-volume billing and insurance claims with her experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, and Scheduling Coordinator over the past few years. With a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we couldn’t be happier to have Chrissy on the team to help support our team and client base.

In her free time, this Colorado native enjoys discovering new culinary experiences with her “foodie” husband and cheering on the Colorado Avalanche hockey team. Balancing her time between caring for her energetic puppy and planning upcoming vacations and hiking excursions keeps her constantly on the move.

Brittany received her Marketing and International Business Degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. After being in the healthcare field for the majority of her career, from event coordination for global medical coding oragnizations to working as a marketing contractor for digital healthcare startups, she discovered her love for holistic dentistry. She joined the Reclaim family in October of 2023 driven by the desire to amplify the transformative impact of the team’s endeavors. With over a decade of marketing experience, Brittany brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our team.

As a Colorado native, Brittany is deeply connected to her native state. She spends the majority of her leisure time camping or hiking in the mountains, often accompanied by her beloved canine companion. Moreover, her passion for travel empowers her to travel the globe, in over 25 countries.
