If you have any insurance questions or are unsure whether or not we take your insurance, give us a call. We’re here to help!
Out-of-Network
If for some reason we are not in network with your insurance plan, rest assured we will still file your claims and utilize any available benefits.
Membership Plans
No insurance? No problem. We offer flexible in-house membership plans tailored to your unique dental needs to ensure you get the care you deserve. Explore our membership options and sign up here.
Medical Insurance
There are some procedures we offer that may be eligible for medical insurance reimbursement. Though our office does not bill medical insurance directly, we will gladly provide the insurance codes and information for these procedures that you can send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that in these cases, payment is required upon date of service and insurance coverage is not guaranteed.
We cannot accept Medicaid at this time.
Third-Party Financing
To make excellent care as accessible and affordable as possible, we’ve chosen to partner with third-party financing groups we feel will best help us serve our patients when additional financial assistance is needed.
