The most innovative part of Dr. Kevin’s practice is his devotion to the breath system. He has innovative techniques to help you open your mouth and throat to help you breathe better, ultimately helping with issues from stress to sleep. For example, he introduced me to a technique called “spots” that help me keep my tongue on the roof of my mouth, which helps me stay calm, breathe and sleep. All of this plus my regular dental cleanings. I can’t recommend him enough!
